How do I book an appointment?

Here's the full flow:

1. Find a doctor from Home or the Explore tab (search, specialization, or a clinic).
2. Open the doctor's profile and tap an available slot.
3. On "Book appointment", pick your date on the calendar.
4. Tap CONFIRM APPOINTMENT.
5. Tap PAY ₹… on the confirm sheet and complete the Payment screen.
6. You'll receive a token and the booking lands in the Bookings tab.
