Here's how refunds work on DocBook:
- Video/audio consultation calls are not refundable.
- For clinic appointments, a refund applies only if you genuinely can't make it to the clinic. If you miss reaching the clinic for two appointments, a full refund is issued.
- Refunds are handled by our team based on these rules — you can't request a refund yourself from the app.
